A couple of years ago, I picked her out of a deck of medicine cards created by Jamie Sams and David Carson. Hummmmm....., or did she pick me? :-)
When I think of hummingbird, I immediately start smiling. She reconnects me with the playfulness of life and her capacity to see beauty in everything!
As a totem animal, hummingbird teaches us to laugh and enjoy creation, to appreciate the magic of being alive, and the truth of beauty.
